FLEXIBLE CLOTH VALVE COVERS

Western Insulation offer flexible, removable jackets to fit all aspects of pipes, fittings, valves and flanges. The jackets are easy to remove for inspections and routine maintenance.

Each Jacket consists of two layers of heat and flame resistant cloth which encloses a layer of insulation material. It is then sewn together and completed with fire retardant Velcro and/or string fasteners for quick and easy removal.

We offer a free site service with a free estimating service for a wide range of jackets regarding temperature, externally located services and internally located services.

Western Insulation undertakes all kinds of thermal and acoustic Insulation for energy conservation, frost protection, condensation control, personal protection and noise breakouts on all types of projects from a clean room environment to a standard building site.

All of our site works are quality controlled by our site supervisors which are overseen by our contract administrator and contract manager.

We have a dedicated estimating department which can provide technical advice for suitable insulants and finishes for your particular situation. We offer a comprehensive estimating service with contract measurements taken from drawings in all formats, bill of quantities or by a site measure which enable us to provide competitive quotations. With our ensign estimating system all lump sum prices can be backed up with a fully quantified schedule of rates.
